Marin Covenant Church meets weekly at 9:00 or 10:45 am for worship.  We are committed to being a church for all people, at all points on their journey toward Christ.  We strive to provide excellent worship and compelling preaching that is inspirational, biblical, and relevant to navigate our current cultural context.  We celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of every month.  We look forward to you joining us.  And when you do, please stop by the "Have We Met" table so we can get acquainted.

God has made what seems to be a ridiculously problematic miscalculation.  From the beginning of time he has chosen to use ordinary (or even less-than-ordinary) people to accomplish his extra-ordinary objectives in the world.  The apostle Paul described
God’s penchant for this unexpected way of engaging with the world saying, essentially, “To get his job done, God uses things that are foolish and weak.” That sounds like it describes we humans pretty accurately! In a different letter, when discussing the amazing news that human beings are filled with the light of the glory of God because of what Jesus made possible, he says, “But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.”  And therein lies the secret to God’s plan:  By his power, he is able to use fragile, flawed, fickle people... ordinary people... to accomplish extra-ordinary, world-altering, barrier-breaking, mind-blowing things. The good news for us? We qualify.
Join us for this series where we examine the stories in scripture of people like you and me, the least likely to succeed, whom God delighted to use for his glory and the world’s good.

Here at Marin Covenant Church you will find people from a wide variety of backgrounds. We come from all over the generational, political, socio-economical spectrum, and have found a common desire to move towards a life in Christ that is inspired, intelligent, and involved.

We are committed to:
Making space for anyone from any background to come and investigate who Jesus is and the life He invites us into.

Creating an environment where children and students can explore, wrestle and come to faith in Jesus.

Blessing our community and the world.

Knowing and loving Jesus with all our heart, soul, mind and strength.

We hope that you will join us!

We have an incredible Children’s Ministry program during both services.  We encourage our kids to sit with their parents for the first part of the service and then about 15 minutes in, they will be dismissed to their classes downstairs.  You can sign them in before church, or walk them down after they are dismissed and sign them in then.

Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers both have Sunday School every Sunday morning with breakfast (except the first Sunday of the month) during the 9:00 am gathering.  On the first Sunday of the month, they are encouraged to join their parents or the other students in "Big Church."
