International Justice Mission Sunday (May 1)

CHILDREN FOR SALE?  NOT ON OUR WATCH!  At least not without serious opposition. Interested in hearing more? THIS Sunday morning, May 1st, during both gatherings we will have the pleasure of hearing from IJM'S Jocelyn White - a favorite speaker of ours. NOT TO BE MISSED IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE ISSUE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND MODERN SLAVERY.

"Hope Heals" - A Women's Outreach

Wed, May 4, noon to 1:30 pm at Hillside Church in Corte Madera.  Katherine Wolf shared her story at the IF Gathering this year, and now she and her husband Jay are coming to Marin to share about her miraculous recovery from a massive brain stroke, and how hope can heal us where we are most broken.  Save the date, bring a friend, and RSVP to Linda Mazzariello. (Check out this short video of Katherine's story.)

Purses

A CREATIVE AND FUN WAY TO CARE FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS IN MARIN:  Ladies, start stacking those stray purses and bringing them to church with you.  We're collecting them, stuffing them with toiletries, and handing them to women in need here in Marin.  See Gina Vucci in the lobby this Sunday for more information - or to bring her your bags.

Hamilton School Teachers Appreciation Lunch

Wednesday May 11 we are wrapping up our school year of blessing the Hamilton community and having one last luncheon to show the teachers and staff how much we appreciate them!  We are going under the sea and although it features seafood items - I am also a fan a "see" food as well - use your creativity!  Do you think you could help - even in some small way?  .  As usual, you can drop things off at the kitchen the Sunday prior with a little note so I know it is for Hamilton.  You can click this link to see what spots are available or if you have any questions, Leslie Crabbs will be at a table in the lobby between services May 1 & 8 - please stop by, email her, or call her at 757-576-2444 (cell).
