Sunday Seminar - "How To Study The Bible And Get Something Out Of It!"

Sundays at 9AM through Nov. 1.  It's not to late to join us!  Ever wonder how to approach understanding the Bible? This will be a fun and practical experience of learning the dynamics of studying God's Word.  It will also be a great way to meet others and make connections at MCC.

First Quarter Financial Update:

October marks the end of our fist quarter.  With summer behind us, and our fall ministries launched, it is a good time to pause and check in financially.  We continue to be so grateful for you and know that many of you are being faithful and strategic in your tithes and offerings.  At the same time we need to communicate to you that we are currently 19% behind plan for giving, or roughly $75,000 in the red, year to date.  In order to maintain the levels of ministry we committed to at our annual meeting in June, we will need to find ways to, both, increase our giving and cut back on spending.  Please be praying for our pastoral team and leadership team as we seek God's wisdom and discernment.

Do you have questions about Baptism?  It is an important marker in the life of one who has become a Christian.  It is a public expression of our faith commitment that Jesus calls his followers to make.   We are having a Baptism as part of our worship gatherings on Sunday, Nov 15.  Would you like to talk with someone about the possibility of getting baptized? Contact Peggy@marincovenant.org to schedule a conversation with one of our Pastors.

Monday Evening Prayer

Do you pray for the church and all that God wants to see happen in and through Marin Covenant Church?  Imagine the things we could see happen in us for Him.  Please come and pray with us in the prayer room at MCC.  Every Monday night from 7-8PM.

Youth Group- Middle School and High School

Middle School and High School students meet in the youth room every Wednesday night at 7:00PM.  Join us for some fun games, worship, Bible study and small groups.  Check out the website for more info or click to sign up for our weekly e-mail!

Places To Connect And Grow

We have dozens of small and small-er groups of all sorts meeting throughout our church body.  For a full view of all that we have, please visit our "Groups" page where we trust you will find just the right place to connect.

Would you consider giving online?

Here at Marin Covenant Church we are committed to making space for everyone to come and experience the love of Christ and be encouraged to move towards Jesus from wherever their starting point may be.  This commitment is a costly endeavor and we are so thankful for the financial commitment made by people in our church that makes this possible.

But for us to keep running full speed into the rich and complex ministry we have at MCC, we need everyone who calls this church home to be committed to the financial health of our church. Our tithes are not only a spiritual discipline, but they fund the very real ministry of reaching people for Christ.

Would you consider signing up for regular online giving?  This is an intentional and strategic way to exercise your discipline of tithing, in addition to being a huge blessing and benefit to the church.  To get started, click on this link to request a login and begin giving online today.
